Patricia and Henry King have established children's shelters in Honduras to save street children from drugs and disease. They also conduct annual medical and construction missions.

Since adopting a Honduran baby in 1986, the Kings have worked tirelessly including mortgaging their own home to construct an orphange in Honduras.

The Kings bring hope to children and families who are forgotten by their country and the world.

The Kings continue their work in Honduras despite Henry's battle with cancer. Henry is in his 80s, and the duo made a trip to Honduras last year to bring a medical team and supplies to rural villages.
